ABOUT RADCLIFFE'S YOUTH SPORTS ORGANIZATION

Our Mission

The mission of Radcliffe's Youth Sports Organization is to provide the youth within the inner city of Chicago and surrounding suburbs with opportunities to develop citizenship, discipline, teamwork, and physical well-being through sports. Our goal is the all-around development of young people, not just athletes. Sports just happen to be the vehicle used to develop life skills that extend beyond the games.

Purpose
Our purpose is to protect the children, within our communities, from all the current dangers found within these communities while providing them with opportunities to participate in high level sports and preparing them for and assisting them in getting into and completing college. Our program is committed to instilling Honesty, Loyalty, Integrity, Teamwork, Discipline, Sportsmanship, Respect, Leadership, Trust and Commitment in our young participants.
